Paleo Garlic + Ginger Cauli-Rice.

stuff you need
  1. 1 cauliflower
  2. 1 onion chopped
  3. 1 clove garlic chopped
  4. 1 tsp grated fresh ginger
  5. 1 tbs coconut aminos (soy sauce replacement)
  6. coconut oil for pan
Now what
  1. Grate or food process the florets of the cauliflower. (It should look like ‘rice’!)
  2. Place the coconut oil in a high heated pan.
  3. Add the chopped onion, garlic and ginger - sauté.
  4. Add the cauli-rice and stir for 2 minutes.
  5. Turn the heat down to low, add the coconut aminos, and let the cauli-rice heat through for a further 7-8 minutes.
  6. Serve immediately.
