This paleo hummus is absolutely scrummy! Ditch the chickpeas and say HELLO to cauliflower! Serve with our paleo crackers, sweet potato chippies or paleo bread!

Ingredients
  1. 1/2 a cauliflower
  2. 1/4 cup of tahini
  3. 3 cloves crushed garlic
  4. 1 tbs paprika
  5. juice of a lemon
  6. salt+ pepper to season
Now what
  1. Boil the cauliflower florets until soft.
  2. Let the cauliflower cool.
  3. With a stick blender puree the cauliflower.
  4. Mix in the tahini, garlic, paprika and lemon until smooth.
  5. Season with salt n pepper and refrigerate for 30 minutes and serve with a sprinkle of paprika!
merrymaker tip
  1. If you are short on time, use a microwave to cook your cauliflower.
  2. On the other hand, if you have MORE time, try roasting your cauliflower for a more defined taste (30-40 minutes in a moderate oven)
