Stuff you need
For the white chocolate
  1. 1/4 cup coconut oil
  2. 3 tbs. tahini
  3. 2 tbs. coconut milk
  4. 2 tbs. ghee (or butter)
  5. 1 tbs. rice malt syrup (or maple syrup)
  6. 1 tsp. 100% vanilla extract
For the dark chocolate
  1. 1/4 cup coconut oil
  2. 1/4 cup raw cacao powder
  3. 1/4 cup nut butter (we've also used coconut butter before)
  4. 1 tsp. 100% vanilla extract
  5. Pinch of salt
  6. Chocolate moulds
Now what
  1. Place all ingredients (except the rice malt syrup) for the white chocolate in to your blender or food processor.
  2. Whiz on medium until smooth, scraping the edges as you go.
  3. Add the rice malt syrup and whiz on low speed for 30 seconds until combined.
  4. Half fill chocolate moulds with the white chocolate and place in to the freezer.
  5. Now for the dark chocolate. Place all ingredients in to your blender or food processor.
  6. Whiz until smooth, this will take around 5 minutes. The friction from the whizzing will melt and combine all the ingredients to this perfect smooth chocolatey goodness.
  7. Carefully fill the second half of the chocolate moulds and place back in to the freezer for 20 minutes or until set.
  8. Turn out the chocolate from the moulds.
  9. Store the chocolate in an airtight container in the freezer and thaw for 5 minutes before enjoying!
