At-home Longevity Immersion

This is your opportunity to slow down, tune in and invest in your
long-term wellbeing… without going anywhere.

Hi! We're Emma and Carla

STEP ONE + TWO:

Move with Intention

Enjoy these two thoughtfully designed video classes to build strength, mobility and mindful awareness.

It’s time to create a Pep in Your Step! This vibrant fusion class of Pilates and Yoga is designed to energise your body and uplift your spirit! You’ll begin with a gentle slow flow yoga sequence to awaken and warm up, followed by a burst of Pilates squats and pulses to ignite your core and legs. Finally, you’ll transition into a dynamic yoga flow incorporating poses like Dynamic Star, Trikonasana, and Standing Pigeon to enhance flexibility and balance. Get ready to step into each moment with purpose and pep! P.s Carla was 20 weeks pregnant when we created this class!

It’s time to let go of tension in the body, and stress in the mind. Welcome to Mindful Moment Yin Yoga. In this class, you’ll begin with Dangle-asana and end with Pentacle Pose. In between, you’ll stretch the back and sides of the body. Enjoy this blissful class!

STEP THREE:

Breathe and Reset

Welcome to this MerryMind Guided Breathwork. You will be guided through a sequence of alternative nostril breathwork that will transform your current state. You will feel balanced, grounded and expansive. If you find your nostrils are blocked, you can simply visualise the breath and energy moving through each nostril.

STEP FOUR:

Restore and Reflect

This MerryMind Guided meditation is your invitation to unlock and access the boundless energy and vitality that resides within you. As you embark on this journey, clear away tiredness and stagnant energy to make room for a more vibrant and dynamic state of being.

STEP 5: Journal

After completing your immersion, take a few minutes to jot down:
- How your body feels
- What thoughts or emotions came up
- Any insights or intentions you want to carry forward.
