FOR THE CHOCOLATE FROSTING

almond butter

NOW WHAT
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a tray with baking paper.
In a bowl combine the almond meal, desiccated coconut, coconut flour and xylitol.
Add the melted butter and vanilla and mix well (test the batter, you know you wanna).
Add the egg, stir again.
Measure out tablespoons of cookie mixture then roll into balls, place onto prepared tray, press down slightly.
Place into the oven and bake for about 10 minutes or until the cookies are golden.
Meanwhile let's make the frosting! Simply blend all ingredients in your blender until smooth! You can hand stir but it will take longer.
Once the cookies are cool, top with choccy frosting!
Eat!

Add super dark sugar chocolate chips to the cookie batter because YUM!
