Why are we doing this?

We know that living a healthy lifestyle can be hard… especially when you’re on the journey by yourself! Sometimes it feels like every Monday you’re starting that health kick all over again.

That’s where we come in!

The Make Life Merry Challenge includes a done for you 2 week meal plan. During the last 2 weeks of the challenge we’ll help you to develop your own meal plan.

Make Life Merry will increase your energy, positivity and focus.

It will kick start your journey to optimal weight.

And make you feel empowered and in control of your health.

We’re ready to welcome you in to our private Facebook group for the challenge, where you’ll get daily guidance, support and ideas from us, as well as other group members.

This community will keep you accountable and on track to reach your health goals. Plus… it’s gonna be a whole heap of fun! In fact, the community aspect was one of the ‘most loved’ parts of our last challenge!

We’ve created a beautiful digital guide that includes the 2 week done for you meal plan and shopping lists! It’s all nutritionist-approved, full of easy brekkies, lunchbox/left over ideas and delish dinners.

A shopping list each week means that you’ll have everything you need to get organised, save time and feel in control.

The guide has 30 brand new, never before seen recipes that are going to please those taste buds. They’re super quick and easy, perfect for busy weekdays. We’ve kept ingredients to a minimum and they’re all free of gluten, grains, refined sugars and most dairy. No nasties! 

We’ve got amazing experts on board including a nutritionist, chiropractor and dietician! Once a week we’ll host webinars with each of these experts which means you’ll get the answers you need.

PLUS we’ve got weekly workouts that require ZERO equipment… yep, you can do them in your backyard or lounge room!
