You’ve got to love Yin. I have to admit, when I first started practising yoga, I didn’t care much for Yin. I found it painful. But now that I understand that it’s not about being able to stretch as far as everyone else and that you do what feels right for you, my whole approach to Yin has pivoted. I actually really really enjoy it now. 🧘🏼 I am feeling totally blissed out right about now.

Continuing on my Yin journey. I’ve almost done every Yin class inside the App! So close. I definitely realise I need Carla guiding me more as my thoughts can be all over the place. 🤣 I love yoga for so many reasons. Today I love it because I woke up congested, but after this class I am no longer congested. My shoulders had significant joint pain… and now they don’t. Yoga is such a blessing for me.
