When your work and passion are the same thing, you meet some pretty amazing people along the way! People you look up to and admire. People who inspire, drive and motivate you to become better versions of yourself.
We’re so grateful for all the amazing people we’ve met through our Merrymaking journey. They’ve all been an integral part of our story and helped us get to where we are (that being… loving our purpose driven lives).
We asked some of our most favourite people to look over our new Recipe Book (Make it Merry: a healthy cookbook), we asked for their thoughts and feedback… let’s just say we’re feeling pretty humbled by their lovely words and now, even more inspired to bring you guys MORE!
We met Carrie and Mark Sisson at the 2014 PrimalCon in Oxnard, not only huge inspirations in the primal, healthy living, mindfulness movement BUT also epic entrepreneurial inspirations. Thank you.
“Charming and refreshing—just like the Merrymaker Sisters themselves. We both loved the book’s lively layout and tableside photography. Not to mention, it’s full of tasty, one-of-a-kind primal-approved treats. Coconut and macadamia nut crusted salmon? Sign us up!” —Carrie and Mark Sisson, Mark’s Daily Apple
Dan Churchill is all about the bliss following! Yes he was the super cute dude from that reality TV show BUT NOW… he is working his butt off! He’s already achieved AH-MAZING stuff at international level, kinda epic and we have no doubt he has more up his sleeve!
“Two of the most inspiring young women I have ever met… Carla & Emma are sending out the most positive & tasty vibes to the world. Their biggest message is to comprehend health as a concept of bio-individuality, for everyone to find what works and is right for them. For two young women to provide such a genuine message of happiness is amazing and just being in their presence inspires me to do more to help make the world a happier, more delicious place…” —Dan Churchill, The Healthy Cook
Joshua Rosenthal, we honestly think he might be from the future! He has a special magic and energy. The founder of the NYC school we studied with (IIN) which has a HUGE vision and mission of changing the world in to a healthier place. We were lucky enough to have a beautiful dinner with Joshua and his girlfriend Alex (equally as amazing) in New York City. It was a night full of laughs and we left completely elevated.
“If you are looking for a recipe book to significantly improve quality of your life, your health, and your vitality, I highly recommend Make It Merry. Emma and Carla have combined their nutritional knowledge and creativity to bring you an attainable, healthy lifestyle.” –Joshua Rosenthal, MScEd, Founder/Director, Institute for Integrative Nutrition
Seriously huge LOVE to Carrie, Mark, Dan and Joshua for being HUGE Merrymaker supporters. We are so grateful!
