The Filter is Your New BFF

Every single MerryBody session is accessible on-demand with the click of a button inside the Studio library.

Feeling like a booty workout today? Or need to bliss out with a Yoga session? Use the handy search filter to find the exact class you want – whatever level, focus and time you’re looking for, the filter is your new BFF. Press Classes, then FILTERS.

Calm Your Mind

Along with your Yoga and Pilates, pair it perfectly with MerryBody’s calming, clarity-boosting audio Meditations.

These custom-created Meditations help guide you to create your new loving and accepting relationship with exercise and your body. Press Classes, then select Meditation from the filters

Stream. Download.
Favourite. Oh My!

You can do it all inside the MerryBody App. Find the Download and Favourite buttons on the top right corner of every session.

You’ll find your Downloaded and Favourited sessions under My Classes, which you’ll find on your Profile page. And YES, the download feature means you can access those classes when you’re offline! :O
