Caramel Choc Nut Bliss Ball Recipe with Gelatin! They’re Anti-aging!

This post is brought to you by one of our amaaaaazing blog partners, Gelatin Australia! We love them. You probably will too.

The fact of the matter is that we’re all getting older and we’ll all get wrinkles at some point or another. Yes, we’re noticing them! Ahhh. It’s actually something we’re not really afraid of… yet. Especially now, because we have this anti-aging Caramel Choc Nut Bliss Ball Recipe (hehe).

We know we’ve both helped ourselves and our skin by changing our diets back in 2012 to a real food diet. Coz real food = anti-aging diet… and sugar, processed food diet = pro-aging (is that a thing? Even so, no thanks!).

Of course, there are other things involved. Stress, sun exposure, environment, genetics etc etc! But we are all for doing what we can with what we have (and we have zero interest in botox!) and that’s why we’ve been testing out NutraColl Beauty Collagen for the last 2 months… safe to say… loving it. Yew!

We’ve been using the powder supplement in our smoothies and raw treats and then taking capsules when we don’t have smoothies/treats. Actually… sometimes we take both. Because, the more the merrier! 😛

This is from the Gelatin Australia team…

NutraColl Beauty Collagen uses Microactive Collagen Peptides™ which have been optimised to specifically target skin cells. This is not your standard collagen and is pharmaceutical grade, requiring a dose of only 2.5 grams per day.

Our formula uses 100% Bovine Collagen in an easy to consume 2.5 gram dose that is tasteless, odourless and  water soluble. Unlike other collagen supplements on the market, we have gained approval of the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA).

And yes that is some scienc-y talk but what we’re most excited about is that it’s found to increase skin firmness, reduce wrinkles and fine lines. So, yep we are on board for that! And added bonus, it’s super good for your hair and nails and far out our nails have been growing way faster! Just realised why! Ha, funny.

You can get all the info on NutraColl Beauty Collagen here. We’re loving this supplement and also love that the guys who made it are brothers and Aussie. Something about siblings in business makes us smile 😀 hehe!

It’s a gelatin product so really there’s a whole other truck load of benefits liiiiiike, improves digestion, is a natural source of protein, maintains joint health (and helps rebuild them!) and great for general gut health.

Yay for gelatin! And yay to NutraColl Beauty Collagen having ZERO taste, so all you can taste when you sip smoothies is delishness. We even mixed it with our bone broth the other day… it was like double collagen goodness. And when you try these Caramel Choc Nut Bliss Balls, all you’ll taste is… healthy, chocolatey, caramelly goodness.

Tempted to whip them up yet? Of course you are!

It’s the perfect recipe to make during weekend meal prep. We made a huge batch (as you can see). We kept half and gave the rest to Dan (Emma’s BF). So yes, this gut healing, skin firming recipe is also boyfriend approved! YAY.

Always merrymaking,
