STUFF YOU NEED
  1. 2 serves protein powder
  2. 2 cups coconut milk (carton)
  3. 1 cup shredded coconut
  4. 1/4 cup coconut flour
  5. 2 tsp. cinnamon
NOW WHAT
  1. Place all of the ingredients except the protein powder in a small saucepan on high heat.
  2. Stir to combine and bring to the boil.
  3. Turn down to medium heat, add the protein powder and simmer for around 5 minutes.
  4. Enjoy straight away with an extra sprinkle of cinnamon! Simple, easy and delish!
