Cinnamon Superfood Protein Porridge.
STUFF YOU NEED
- 2 serves protein powder
- 2 cups coconut milk (carton)
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- Place all of the ingredients except the protein powder in a small saucepan on high heat.
- Stir to combine and bring to the boil.
- Turn down to medium heat, add the protein powder and simmer for around 5 minutes.
- Enjoy straight away with an extra sprinkle of cinnamon! Simple, easy and delish!
- Add frozen berries for extra fun and delish factor!
