Day 1:

Try something new (there's magic in that!)

If you’ve been searching for a way to exercise that is incredibly fun,
feels amazing and makes you actually WANT to do it….
For the next 3 days, you’re in the perfect place.

It’s time to realise that you don’t need to spend hours and hours at the gym,
counting every calorie, feeling guilty about the birthday cake…
to be ‘healthy’.

It’s time to try something new.

Over the next 3 days you’ll experience a new way of working out.

A way of movement that will build confidence, bring you joy
and reignite your love for life.

Today's class is

Dip and Crunch Pilates

This class is based on the classic crunch with
some super fun modifications!
Plus, it’s just 5 (or so) minutes…
yes, that’s all you need to feel the burn.
Remember to hold your belly button towards
the backbone, your elbows are back, keep
the neck long… don’t worry we remind you
throughout the entire class. And don’t forget to
breathe, inhale through the nose and
exhale through the mouth.

We can’t wait for you to feel the MerryBody difference.
