Right here, today, is when you rediscover how to accept yourself and show your body the love and respect it’s always deserved…

A happy, healthy body starts with your mindset, not a meal plan. It’s about a relationship with your body, not a number of reps.

Through the empowering combination of Yoga and Pilates, MerryBody classes will totally change the way you workout – AND how you feel about yourself.

And the real magic…? It’s movement driven by self-acceptance, self-respect and joy.

If you did the past 2 days of classes… we know you’re starting to feel the MerryBody difference.

Today's class is

Core Flow

It’s time to slow it all down with a Yoga Core Flow.
And wow, the slow burn is real! We have fun with
Downward Facing Dog, slow flowing into Plank
position. Adding some knee taps for added WOW!
We finish the class off with a surprise
Navasana (just wait and see!)… you’re going to love it!
Remember, with our Yoga flow, we breathe in
through the nose and out through the nose.
