stuff you need
  1. 200g baby spinach
  2. 1/2 red cabbage, shredded
  3. 2 carrots grated
  4. 6 shallots sliced
  5. 1 cucumber peeled into ribbons
  6. 1 punnet of baby tomatoes cut in half (we used grape tomatoes)
  7. 1/2 cup fresh parsley chopped
  8. 1 cup of snow pea sprouts
  9. 1 stick celery sliced
  10. 1 avocado sliced
  11. 1/2 cup raw macadamias
now what
  1. Mix all of the salad ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. Garnish with some extra macadamias + dress with our paleo aioli!
