Salads are our new favourite thing to experiment with. They don’t have to be boring at all! Like our new paleo summer macadamia salad! But you can check out all of our other paleo salad ideas under ‘sides + salads’!

paleo summer macadamia salad.
stuff you need
- 200g baby spinach
- 1/2 red cabbage, shredded
- 2 carrots grated
- 6 shallots sliced
- 1 cucumber peeled into ribbons
- 1 punnet of baby tomatoes cut in half (we used grape tomatoes)
- 1/2 cup fresh parsley chopped
- 1 cup of snow pea sprouts
- 1 stick celery sliced
- 1 avocado sliced
- 1/2 cup raw macadamias
- Mix all of the salad ingredients in a large bowl.
- Garnish with some extra macadamias + dress with our paleo aioli!
