Yes, you are amazing! Compliments…do you give them to the people you love? Do you say them to yourself? There is a lot of power in positivity. Whether it’s something you do, something you say or the way you think. We truly believe that the more positive we are, the more we get in return…and the better we feel. We all want to feel better…right?
Living more positive sounds simple enough but it is so easy to slip into a negative frame of mind. We are lucky: there are two of us, so if one gets down the other pulls them back up, normally with a compliment like: you’re amazing! or your hair looks so good today! (see, it’s the simple things).
We don’t just keep these compliments to ourselves, we love to say nice things to lots of people! Complimenting others not only makes the receiver feel good but it makes us feel good too! And no, we don’t just re-use the same compliment left, right and centre…when we say something nice to someone, we mean it (so if we have ever complimented you, we definitely noticed something extraordinary that day!)
It is easy to do, all you have to do is open your mouth and speak what your mind is already thinking (unless it isn’t a compliment…then it’s probably best to stick to the if you don’t have something nice to say, don’t say anything at all rule).
So now it’s time for some practice and we want to hear from you! What’s something you have changed for the better? Big or small, it doesn’t matter, just as long as the outcome was positive.

- it’s been over a year since we have eaten processed nasties like: bread, pasta, (naughty) cake, pastry, lollies etc. (that’s amazing!)
- in January 2013 we said goodbye (and never said hello again) to our diet coke habit…it was a hard one to kick…but we did it! (YAY us!)
