The theme inside MerryBody Online Studio this month, November 2021, is curiosity.

The monthly themes help us and all the MerryBody Members create space for a moment of self-reflection. They create questions like “when was the last time I felt curious” and then create action steps. These action steps have the potential to create great positive change.
