Feeling confident, in mind and body… that’s our goal now. After years of working out to “look good”, with the endless diets, calorie counting and strict gym schedules, we realised for us personally, this way of life was not good for us.

It felt too rigid, too obsessive, and there was not enough joy (or pasta). It certainly didn’t feel healthy either!

This is why we created MerryBody, a way of movement to celebrate your body. Exercise classes that don’t remind you of what you lack but help you focus on how amazing you are.

This 21 day program is for you if you’re sick of the usual mass marketing of detox cleanses, bikini body shreds, booty gain goals and calorie counting calculators.

The 21 Day I’m Already Amazing Challenge

Our 21 Day I’m Already Amazing Challenge is the epitome of the MerryBody philosophy. This annual online event, running since 2019, offers a refreshing alternative to the typical fitness challenges. You know the ones that promote detox cleanses, extreme weight loss and unrealistic body goals. MerryBody is not that!

What to Expect in the Challenge

The Challenge incorporates physical movement along with mindset work that cultivates self-belief, body confidence and self-acceptance. It’s a workout regime designed to make you feel good about yourself. It’s a way of movement that will have you thinking “I’m already amazing!”

Each day you will hit play on a different Yoga, Pilates Or Barre class. If you find a class that doesn’t feel right for you, then you switch it up! There are over 550 other classes to choose from! You’ll also have the option to add a daily meditation too! Many of our members choose to do the workouts in the morning and the meditations in the evening. If you need help figuring out what time of the day is best for you, we are always available for help! 

Feel Supported and Connected

During our Challenges, the MerryBody Community group is the best place to be! If you are one to struggle with motivation, if you need extra accountability, this is where you will get it! We are in there every single day, so whether you have a tech question or a movement question, ask away and get the answer you need to feel supported. Although we are online, you will feel a sense of community and connection with MerryBody.

Typically our Challenges are exclusive to our MerryBody members (like Rach in the below video), but we’re opening up this 21 Day Challenge for everyone with a one-time payment option.
