83: This too shall pass | Live interview with Karly Nimmo.

We swear a little bit in the episode (whooooooops). We also talk over each other. But we reckon you should all listen! Ahh we’re super pumped to share this #GetMerry episode with you all. Karly Nimmo is an amazing human and we’re really beginning to realise that one of the best things about this whole Merrymaking journey is meeting the people we get to meet.

Meeting amazing people doing different things, who share their magic with the world.

This episode is filled with a lot of laughter and conversation about some pretty big and important topics. We’ve kind of realised that we want to talk about the real stuff and Karly is the real deal.

We talk about stuff like…

  • Depression and anxiety
  • Failure
  • Woo-woo stuff and the universe
  • Intuition
  • Imposter syndrome
  • Business struggles (lack of cash flow!)
  • Why surface level convos suck a little bit
  • Connection and friendships
  • Self-connection
  • Being you and living your truth
  • Yoga and meditation
  • And a heap more.

Merry Mantra of the week

We asked Karly to share her current fave mantra and it’s a good one.

This too shall pass.

A good reminder for us all. To know that whatever struggle you are going through right now, it will pass.

But also to remember that the good times will pass too… so really stop to enjoy them.
