Banana nut smoothie bowl recipe

You’re going to love this banana nut smoothie bowl recipe. Really, any smoothie with banana in it is a winner. They are the magic ingredient to making them so thick and creamy, especially when you use frozen bananas like this recipe.

Maybe even just a year ago we still had a great fear of bananas. We feared the high natural sugars, WOW have we come a long way over the last year!

Diet Culture really has a lot to answer for, it takes up precious space in your minds. It leads you to think you are not good enough. BUT… the exciting and empowering thing is that YOU can decide to give it power or not.

We chat more about this on our podcast. If you’re completely over diet culture and fearing food you should check one of the episodes.

If you make this recipe or tune into an episode let us know. We’d love to hear from you.

Always merrymaking,
