Maca is an AMAZING food that helps to balance our hormones, plus its full of B Vitamins, Vitamin C and E, calcium, zinc, iron, magnesium and phosphorous! 

We say add a daily (or every second day) teaspoon of maca to your life and our Blueberry Maca Smoothie is the easiest and yummiest way to do it! BUT you could also try our Maca Date Bites! Yum!

Stuff you need
  1. 2 cups coconut milk (or preferred milk)
  2. 1 cup ice
  3. 1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  4. 1 tsp. maca powder
  5. 1 tsp. 100% vanilla extract
  6. Shredded coconut (optional)
Now what
  1. Simply blend all ingredients until smooth!
  2. Top with shredded coconut if you like!
