Easy keto chocolate slice recipe

keto-chocolate-slice-feature

This easy keto chocolate slice recipe is delicious, the best thing about this recipe is that it’s really simple to make. It’s a raw, no-bake chocolate slice and the only equipment you need is a blender, measuring cups and a baking tray to make it!

We didn’t even make this recipe with the intention to put it on the blog or the Get Merry recipe app. But then it tasted so good and looked so damn fine we thought we had to share it!

We made it late at night after finishing an epic MerryBody Yoga and Pilates session.

We started with the Side Body Fusion class. This class is a mixture of Yoga and Pilates (the best of both worlds!). About 25 minutes of Pilates moves that target, strengthen and tone the side body.  Intertwined with a dynamic blissful yoga flow to stretch and lengthen. The perfect balance!

We then did Quick 10 Bed Time Yoga, the ultimate class to get you feeling relaxed and sleepy. All of the postures in this class help you wind down, the slow deep belly breathing allows you to let go of any stress and helps your mind slow down. It’s the perfect class for anyone who struggles with sleep.

So yes we were mega sleepy but it was just 7:45pm so we had plenty of time to make dessert. And this is how this low carb keto chocolate slice came about!

And let us tell you what…

Pilates + Yoga + keto chocolate slice recipe is the actual best combination ever!

If you’d like to experience this magic, the recipe is below! And if you want to try the Side Body Fusion class you can experience MerryBody for 7 days for Free! YAY.

The class is easy to follow, we use low impact movements with modifications to suit all levels of fitness. All you need is your body, no equipment required (just a yoga mat if you like! But the floor also works hehe).

If you do the class let us know!

If you do the class and then make the epic keto chocolate slice recipe you are amazing! Share a pic with on Instagram! We’re @themerrymakersisters.

Always merrymaking,
