Apple Cinnamon Smoothie

Stuff you need
  1. 2 cups coconut milk (carton)
  2. 2 cups ice
  3. 1/4 cup cashews
  4. 1 apple
  5. 1 tbs. chia seeds
  6. 2 tsp. cinnamon
  7. 1 tsp. vanilla extract
Now what
  1. Place all the ingredients in your blender.
  2. Whiz until nice and smooth.
