How often are you your biggest cheerleader?

It never has and it never will.

This mindset of feeling confident within yourself doesn’t happen from changing external features, or gaining some kind of material possession…

It happens when you decide to see things differently… it happens when YOU decide to accept yourself exactly as you are.

For us, it’s a practice. Day to day, moment to moment. We’ve found that the best tool to create these feelings of acceptance toward yourself needs to be a tool that gets you BACK in your body and away from your thoughts.
