  1. One minute of deep breathing
  2. Take a moment of stillness
  3. Do at least 15 minutes of daily movement

…how can one minute of breathing do anything?

…just 15 minutes, pffftt yeh right, you need to do at least 45 minutes and probably make it HIIT.
