Sugar free chocolate chia pudding with berries
STUFF YOU NEED
- 1 1/2 cups coconut milk carton
- 1/2 cup blueberries fresh or frozen
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1/2 cup almonds or any other nut
- 2 tbs raw cacao powder
- 1 tsp 100% vanilla extract
For the toppings
- crushed nuts
- cacao nibs
NOW WHAT
- In a large jar or container mix all the ingredients well.
- Place the jar or container in the fridge and leave to soak overnight or at least 2 hours.
- When you're ready to eat, add a little more milk to get your desired consistency, add toppings (optional of course!) and eat it up!
