Sugar free chocolate chia pudding with berries

STUFF YOU NEED

  • 1 1/2 cups coconut milk carton
  • 1/2 cup blueberries fresh or frozen
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup almonds or any other nut
  • 2 tbs raw cacao powder
  • 1 tsp 100% vanilla extract

For the toppings

  • crushed nuts
  • cacao nibs

NOW WHAT

  • In a large jar or container mix all the ingredients well.
  • Place the jar or container in the fridge and leave to soak overnight or at least 2 hours.
  • When you're ready to eat, add a little more milk to get your desired consistency, add toppings (optional of course!) and eat it up!
