- Ishvara Pranidhana is looked at as one of the most important Niyamas. If we are to practise this, everything else just falls into place.
- If you are looking for a fast track to enlightenment and bliss, combine Tapas, Svadhyaya, and Ishvara Pranidhana. These are described as Kriya Yoga or yoga in action.
