How much time are you spending on social media? Is it replacing in real life (IRL) connection? For us… yes it was. So we love that this topic came up and we love this mantra Marcus shared with us.
Don’t get us wrong we LOVE (love love love) social media! It’s bloody amazing BUT we started to use it way too much and it does have a way of getting in the way of REAL life human connection.
So if you’re feeling a bit off with your relationships… where are you putting your focus? The real life people or the people on your social media? Because where your focus goes energy will flow (as Tony would say!).
