Health and Wellbeing Blogger Inspiration.

We just love getting inspired by what’s around us. We’ve mentioned before how amazing the world of blogging is. We really do feel a little bit blessed that we sort of fell into blogging. We didn’t even know what a blog was before (bad GEN Yers haha) But now we are surrounded by other health and wellbeing bloggers who inspire us everyday!

We feel super lucky to be working with Fitness First during their Change for the Best re-brand campaign. To see an international company implement massive changes to give their clients a better fitness experience puts huge smiles on our faces! You can read more about the re-brand and the launch event we attended here, we got to meet Jane Fonda!

Our Fitness First challenge was to swap a recipe and a weekly fitness regime with a fellow Fitness First blogger, Bek Mugridge (a great blog for mums!). Bek shares tips on how to stay active with little ones as well as delicious, nutritious and healthy recipes for the whole family! Now this was a little tricky as we got pram exercising… a bit difficult when you don’t have a baby or a pram but if you’re a new Mum you should check it out because you would find it super handy! Instead, we incorporated some different Fitness First classes into our schedules.  A change really is for the best sometimes! We got our zen on with extra yoga classes.  We were also inspired by Bek’s delish looking potato salad (anything with macadamias has our name written all over it!) and created our own version: Paleo Sweet Potato and Cauliflower Salad.

This week we have come across some other great blogs and websites! You might like them too…

Health and Wellbeing Blogger Inspiration (a merrymaker list!)

Supercharged Food: We love the look of all Lee’s food! It’s a super cute supercharged site packed with all the info you need.

Sarah Jane Permen: We were lucky enough to hear from Sarah Jane at a recent IIN conference and do some pretty clever chair yoga. Sarah has a vibrant and positive energy about her, we’ve been keeping up to date with her on Facebook as her website has just been re-designed.

Lola Berry: What an inspiration! She is living her dream. It’s awesome to see someone working hard, getting what they want and being proud of it! Oh and her food is oh so delicious looking!

A Healthy View: Michele is a nutritionist, health writer and presenter (and actually SO much more!).  We met her in Sydney at the IIN conference too, she’s amazing!

The Blonde Vegan: So paleo and vegan don’t usually go together but we really do embrace all healthy ways. We take what works for us and leave the rest! You could call it the merrymaker lifestyle. We came across The Blonde Vegan on instagram and we love her! Cutest pics and she’s from New York YAY! We’re dreaming of New York right this second!
