Sparkling infused water is the most fun way to drink more water and the perfect way to stop your nasty soft drink habit.
We used to be addicted to Diet Coke (DC) and when we say addicted, we mean 1.5 litres per day addicted. It was that bad!
When we started this real food lifestyle we knew the DC would be the hardest habit to kick.
What saved us? Our Sodastream!
Sparkling water with fresh lemon and lime was the magical key to kicking the habit.
It took a little while to get used to but now we can drink glass of sparkling water after glass. And woah do we feel better for it!
Now to the fun stuff!
We always loved our lime and lemon infused with our bubbles but now we’ve been experimenting with different fruit, vegetable and herb combos #gamechanger #bestinventionever #yay
These are our all time favourite infused water recipes!
Lime, lemon and cucumber sparkling infused water
You’ll need 2 limes, 1 lemon and 1 cucumber sliced. Plus 1-2 litres of sparkling water.
Simply fill up your Sodastream bottle with water and fizz it up. Add the limes, lemon and cucumber slices to your bottle and either enjoy now or pop on the lid and leave in the fridge for an hour or 2 for a stronger flavour.
Merry tip: add mint to this = super delish!
Raspberry, strawberry and blueberry sparkling infused water
Grab your Sodastream bottle, add water and fizz. Place 1/4 cup strawberries chopped, 1/4 cup raspberries and 1/4 cup blueberries into the bottle. You could also add the juice of a lemon if you like!
Remember to leave in the fridge for an hour or 2 for a stronger flavour but it’s perfect to drink straight away too.
Apple and cinnamon sparkling infused water
Add this to your ‘Autumn-to-do-list’. It’s seriously good! The perfect way to keep the water up heading into the cooler months (just as important as the hot months!).
Fizz up the water in your Sodastream bottle, add slices of 1 apple and 2 cinnamon sticks.
The apple takes a little while to infuse so either leave in the fridge for a couple hours or sip on it slowly throughout the day. Every time you take a sip the flavour will change… it’s kinda fun!

The above recipes are perfect for about 1-2 litres of water. Add more or less fruits/veggies/herbs/spices to suit your taste preference.
