Q: Are the moves hard?
There are modifications for all the more difficult moves. We all have different strengths and weaknesses, we’re all built slightly different. MerryBody is about creating the right workout for YOU! The best thing about Yoga and Pilates is that it’s super low impact and perfect for all ages and abilities.
Plus we’ve created a MerryBody Foundations course with tips and tutorials and you get access to this when you join MerryBody! You can also ask specific questions in the private group and we’ll help explain and demonstrate any moves you might have trouble with.

Q: I am not flexible, will I still be able to do the classes?
If you’re not flexible… MerryBody is for you! It’s designed to increase your flexibility, no matter what level you are at. And guaranteed the workouts will get you more flexible with regular practise.
Last year we couldn’t touch our toes, now after practising each week, we can! It takes time… but time will pass anyway.
Q: I feel like I am too old to start, is MerryBody suitable for seniors?
You can take all the modified options and you’ll have the perfect workout program, with no equipment required! But of course, it’s important to take it at your own level. MerryBody includes a private Facebook group, this means you can post any questions and we will get straight back to you!
Q: Will I see changes in my body after 4 weeks?
You will see changes in your mind and body after 4 weeks. You’ll feel stronger, you’ll feel happier, healthier, you’ll feel more love for your body. But of course to really feel these changes, you need to put in the work. We’ve created everything you need to make these changes but in the end you need to make the commitment to yourself to do the workouts and practise the mindset lessons. As much as we’d love to do the workouts for you (because they are seriously fun)… we can’t. We are proof that Yoga and Pilates can transform body, mind and soul.
Q: I am overweight, will I be able to do the MerryBody classes?
Of course, you can! We’ll show you all kinds of modifications so your workout is comfortable and fun. The goal is to get moving, start where you are at, the perfect (and only) place to start!
Q: I am away for half (all) the program, can I still sign up?
Yes! All you need is access to the internet! You can login to MerryBody on your phone, laptop and desktop. The program goes where you go! How cool.
Q. How long do I have access to the workout videos?
You’ll have access to your MerryBody program for life! You get a personal username and password, log in anywhere and ANYTIME or date!
So this means after the 4 weeks is over you still have access to the workouts! Boom!
Q: I don’t have Facebook, can I still do the program?
YES! BUT you will miss out on the epic Facebook group, and trust us, magic happens in there! We’d suggest to sign up to Facebook just to join the group BUT we understand if you don’t want to! Don’t worry, we will send you weekly emails throughout the program which will include updates from the group.
Q: What if I am lazy, and never ever exercise?
We feel ya, we’ve been there! We promise you will get motivation from MerryBody. It’s a magical thing when people come together with common goals. You won’t be alone, you’ll have us as your personal cheerleaders and everyone else in the group inspiring you to not be lazy.
Q: How much time will I need to dedicate to the program?
Each workout is about 25 minutes long. So a minimum of 50 minutes per week of exercise (you can do more though!). We then recommend allowing a minimum 30 minutes for workbook/journal activities as well as 30 minutes to engage and connect within the online community.

Q: What if I already exercise, will I get benefits?
We always say there’s plenty of options for exercise but there’s no MerryBody. We’ve designed this program to specifically build confidence and self-love, as well as tone, strengthen and lengthen the body. If you focus on lifting heavy weights or lots of cardio or any other high impact strenuous exercise, Yoga and Pilates is a great way to stretch the body out and add more balance to your routine.
Q: Do I need any equipment?
Nope! Just your amazing body plus access to internet on your phone, laptop or desktop!
