Ahhh this recipe rocks. Yes it rocks due to the yum factor, the pretty factor and the easy factor. But it also rocks because it’s a delish smooth, creamy smoothie bowl minus the bananas and minus the high fructose.

Seriously, why do all smoothies need to have bananas? We get it. Bananas are totally drool-worthy and they’re good for you BUT not so good if you’re trying to decrease natural sugar intake. 

This is the perfect smoothie recipe to try out if you’re wanting to lower your natural sugars. BOOM!

  1. 2 cups coconut milk (carton)
  2. 2 cups frozen raspberries
  3. ¼ cup desiccated coconut
  4. 3 tbs. raw cacao powder
  5. 1 tsp. 100% vanilla extract
  7. 1 tbs. desiccated coconut
  8. sugar free chocolate
  9. extra raspberries
  10. peanut butter
  1. Place all ingredients into your blender and whiz until thick and smooth! YUM!
  2. Make it look pretty with all the toppings!
  1. Swap raspberries to any frozen fruit. Then it’s an any fruit ripe bowl!
