We do love you. And we do love to create epic recipes and whack them on this big magical thing called the internet. But we don’t do the whole counting macros and calories for our recipes.
One day we might. But right now we do not.
There are a couple reasons why we don’t. If you know us, you know that we have a history of being OBSESSED (yes capitals is required) with counting calories. For us it caused a heap of stress.
We eat food that makes us feel good. We focus on eating real food. We know when we are full and then we stop eating.
We are not perfect (meh that would be boring). And we definitely fall back into old unhealthy habits, don’t you worry! We spoke about this topic on the #GetMerry podcast and were blown away from the emails and comments we got.

There are a bunch of apps you can use to count the macros and calories. You might already use one?! We’ve heard My Fitness Pal works well.
We also understand you’re annoyed if you follow the keto diet.
How much fat? What are the net carbs?!
