We had a bunch of feedback after we posted those epic keto brownies so we just had to create more keto sweet treats! We’d like to introduce you to these keto cookie dough bites. And, oh yeh they are all kinds of yum and fun and good and magical.

And before you ask us “are you guys keto now?” the answer is no. No we are not.

But we’ve had so much fun experimenting with these keto sweet treat recipes! And we try and eat low(ish) carbs most days, but we also like corn chips and cocktails on special occasions. So yeah… not keto. 

We just eat real food, good food that makes us feel good. But we don’t stress out if we eat something ‘unhealthy’ every now and then. We don’t want to stress out about food, we don’t want to feel guilty. Been there, done that!

Anywayz back to these delish as keto cookie dough bites. We reckon they might just satisfy everyone. Even the non-keto people. 

Like fo-realz. They ain’t sweet but they are bloody yum and super filling. Coz, they are nuts + coconut + nuts + coconut + nuts. Omg yes, we think we have extra energy from all the keto cookie dough bites… oops.

Keto cookie dough bites

STUFF YOU NEED
  1. 1 cup nut butter (we used ABC butter)
  2. 1/2 cup macadamia nuts chopped
  3. 1/4 cup coconut flour
  4. 2 tbs. xylitol
  5. 1 tsp. 100% vanilla
  6. 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  7. pinch of salt
NOW WHAT
  1. Place all the ingredients into a bowl and mix super well.
  2. Roll into teaspoon sized balls, place into the fridge for 30 minutes.
  3. Eat! Yum! Told you, easy!
MERRYMAKER TIP
  1. We made our keto cookie dough bights, choc chip cookie dough bites. We just added our keto chocolate recipe. Simply chop up and add mix it in with the other ingredients.
