We spent years and years trying all the diets and spending hours in the gym. But the real toxicity came from our intentions and mindsets behind these actions.
We dieted to lose weight because we never thought we were good enough. We worked our butts off in the gym, because we didn’t accept what we saw in the mirror.
But no matter how much weight we lost, then gained, then lost, then gained… we were never happy.
Through our journey with Yoga, Pilates and Meditation we realised the only thing that truly mattered was how we felt about ourselves right NOW. And not when we lost XX kgs or fitted into that dress.

Weekly Workout Classes
A new MerryBody class added to your online studio each and every week! That’s 52 new classes every year! Each class goes for 20-30 minutes with a focus on Yoga and Pilates inspired movements. For the length of your membership, you can stream these classes again and again and download them to your MerryBody App for offline use. Out of range? Travelling? We got you covered!
Complete Libray Access
Not only will you receive new workouts every week, monthly meditations and quarterly masterclasses, all previous MerryBody classes and meditation sessions are easier than ever to access inside the Studio library. Searching for that booty workout or bliss out yoga session? The search function makes choosing your preferred class a breeze.
Weekly Class Plan
Every single week the 7 Day Plan is updated inside MerryBody Online Studio. If you suffer from decision fatigue, let us do the hard work for you! The Weekly Plan is specifically designed to safely and effectively move and transform your body and mind. Never be bored and no more wasted minutes on wondering which class to select!
Every month you’ll receive an audio meditation to stream and download that will guide you to create your new loving relationship with exercise and your body. Stream these meditations again and again and download them to your MerryBody App for the length of your membership.

Accountability & Support
Unlike other online workout classes, you can be sure there is no judgement about weight, progress or ability inside MerryBody. EVERYONE is welcomed and celebrated. Carla and Emma take great care and pride of the MerryBody Community and are active each and every day, answering questions, sharing tutorials and providing accountability and support.
Emma and Carla send you weekly emails to keep you accountable and guide you to create a consistent, balanced MerryBody and MerryMind. Plus, there’s a place for you to submit questions and share your progress. There are live video Q+As and tutorials inside the community lead Facebook group. Feel part of something bigger.
Each quarter (4 times a year) Emma and Carla will host an online training. Each class will be filled with actionable steps you can implement immediately. Stream these masterclasses as many times as you like for the length of your membership.
