YOGA POSTURE AND PILATES MOVEMENT LIBRARY
Within the MerryBody Method, we teach postures and movements that are functional, accessible, inclusive and beneficial to the human body in this day and time. For example, with the increase of desk working jobs and the use of smart devices, it is more and more common to see a human body with a closed posture. That is rounded shoulders, a heavy head, and tight hip flexors. The postures and movements we teach have a focus on correcting posture.
