We’ve had many requests for a paleo meal plan since we started merrymaking. These requests were the reason why we created the Make Life Merry Challenge, it’s a 4 week program with weekly meal plans filled with brand new Merrymaker recipes and shopping lists!
It will help you all feel empowered and confident to eat healthy all the time!
And this is where this 1 week paleo meal plan comes in. To give everyone ideas and help for their own plans!
Breakfast: Pumpkin and sundried tomato savoury muffins
Lunch: Can of wild caught salmon, baby spinach, avocado, apple cider vinegar
Dinner: Avocado stuffed chicken thighs wrapped in bacon
Breakfast: Fried eggs with half an avocado and sautéed greens
Lunch: Left over avocado stuffed chicken thighs with salad
Dinner: Fried cauli rice
Breakfast: Simple chia pudding
Lunch: Leftover cauli rice
Dinner: Fish tacos
Breakfast: Tropical green smoothie
Lunch: Left over salad ingredients from last nights dinner with 2 boiled eggs and avocado
Dinner: Primal butter chicken with cauli rice
Breakfast: Green brekky bowl
